Whether you start packing in April or you scramble at the last minute, here are some resources to make sure you have bring everything you need for a successful time at camp!

Your Daughter’s Safety is our #1 Priority

Camp Cedarbrook’s primary concern is the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of each camper. Nutrition

Campers think the food tastes pretty good! Cabin groups share a table an enjoy their meals family style. Our Kitchen Aides serve the food to each table individually. Each meal is a balance of different food groups and we emphasize healthy food choices. We have a salad bar at lunch and dinner and alternatives are always available.

Food Allergies

If your daughter has food allergies, please inform us on the health form in CampDoc. Feel free to contact us to have a discussion with our Food Service Manager closer to your daughter’s session. Camp menus are available upon request to help you plan your camper’s food needs.

Health History and Immunizations

For your child's protection, all New York State camps are required to have a complete, up-to-date medical history, immunization record, and emergency information for each camper and staff member on file. These forms must be updated every year.

Physician’s signature and parent/guardian signature are required to authorize any medication (including over-the-counter medications, prescription medications, vitamins and natural remedies) to be dispensed by our camp nurse to your child. Keep ALL medications in the original packaging. Prescription medications must show name of participant, physician, name of medication, dosage, and frequency of use. Any medications (including over-the-counter medications and vitamins) which are brought to camp that are not included below will NOT be administered.
