A $150 deposit per week is due upon registration for all camper programs including Service Crew.

Financial Assistance for a Week at Camp
Thanks to the generosity of friends of Camp Cedarbrook, we offer a limited number of need-based scholarships for girls attending one week of camp and our leadership programs. To apply, campers must register, pay the registration fee to secure their spot, and complete the written application available in CampInTouch.
The Scholarship Committee carefully reviews each application, and scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
If the scholarship aid is insufficient, your deposit will be refunded.
Discounts
Additional Child: $100 off camper registration (Split between two campers, $50 each)
Scholarships: Scholarships are available for all families based on financial need. To apply, please first register and pay the deposit. After that, you can find the scholarship application on the forms/documents page in CampInTouch.
Refund Policy
The registration fee (deposit) is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any additional payments will be refunded for cancellations made at least four weeks before the start of the session.
We do not provide refunds for participants who are unable to complete the camp program due to reasons such as homesickness, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For late registration (after June 1), please ensure you sign up and pay in full by Wednesday at 12 PM before the Sunday of the session.
