A $150 deposit per week is due upon registration for all programs.

TWE Equestrian Immersion (Trailblazers-Explorers): $475

Bus one way: $90 (stops in New Hyde Park, NY and Hawthorne, NJ)

Financial Assistance for a Week at Camp
Thanks to the generosity of Camp Cedarbrook's friends and supporters, we offer a limited number of need-based scholarships for girls attending one week of camp and for participants in our leadership programs.
To apply, campers must first register and pay the registration fee to secure their spot. Then, they should complete the scholarship application available in CampInTouch.
Each application is thoughtfully reviewed by our Scholarship Committee, and awards are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
If the financial aid awarded is not sufficient to make attendance possible, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Discounts
Sibling Discount: Families registering more than one camper will receive a $75 discount per camper.
Scholarships: Need-based scholarships are available for all families. To apply, please register and pay the deposit first, then complete the scholarship application available on the Forms/Documents page in CampInTouch.
Refund Policy
The registration deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any additional payments will be refunded for cancellations made at least four weeks before the start of the registered session.
Refunds are not available for participants who are unable to complete the camp program due to homesickness, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For late registrations (after June 1), please complete registration and payment in full by Wednesday at 12:00 PM before the Sunday your camper's session begins.
