Activities at Camp

Trying new activities and building on skills form a key part of fun and growth for girls at camp. Each day, campers participate in three activity periods as well as free time and and group programs. Through the use of personally-chosen classes and free time electives, each camper will have direct input into her daily schedule. Campers can choose to try new activities or concentrate on their favorites.

Each activity is led in an encouraging manner by a trained counselor or certified specialist. Many camp classes provide campers with the opportunity to develop skills by earning awards and passing specific achievement levels. Because the emphasis is on participation and skill achievement rather than competition, campers of every age and skill level will feel comfortable and successful.
